PPF Warranty
Q: What is your ppf warranty, does it cover material and Labor?
Labor being the "key word".
A: Most of the time my warranty will cover both the labor and the cost of film. last I heard the film manufactures do not repay you for your time to reinstall their product. I cant bring myself to recharge my customer for an install that they already paid for, It would be differant if it was the customers fault. I feel that it falls under the customer service, Take care of them and they will take care of you.
Good luck
A: We offer a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser for our products but we must install them ourselves. We give them care instructions along with the warranty information and any problems they have we handle immediately. Clear pro is right, our customers and our dealers come first. If there is a problem we handle it immediately and make sure the customer is happy with no charge to them. Now if the material was torn from an impact or something of this sort, this is obviously not a warrantable issue in our book. I can't tell you how many referrals and repeat customers I have had by simply going the extra mile to do whatever it takes to make them happy.
Now as far as a dealer purchasing the bulk material from us, the non-coated product has a 3 year warranty and the top-coated material has a 5 year warranty. I have addressed the issue of implementing a labor warranty to Avery Dennison to cover the dealer's who install the product. My thoughts were to have a dollar figure per square foot of material to cover the installer IF the material failed to hold to the terms in the scope of the warranty. This would pay the installer for his/her time to remove/replace the product incase of a warranty situation. They are looking into this and I am hoping to have some positive feedback within the next few weeks.
