I wouldn't waist the money. :thumb Average tint job takes 2.5-3 hours. They can either wait, or come back after an extended lunch. :thumb It sounds like good customer service, but probably won't increase business. :dunno

Does anybody have loaner cars for your customers?

Looking for some good and bad feedback. :thumb? :spit

This can not be a good idea, the liabilty would be to great, Make a list of places of interest within a couple miles of your shop, library, mall, movie theater, etc and offer to drop them off there if they do not want to wait :spit

I like the idea but wonder the the expense (maintenance, repair costs) is worth it. I would like to have a waiting room with a plasma TV, nice stereo, and lots of movies. :spit

We leased a basic Chevy S-10 one time, got it for $199 a month, lettered it all up and let people drive it around when they were waiting on their car, we actually got some work because of that truck.
