I got one coming in today and expained that we don't do felt..what are my chances of scratching??? Any probs with this one??

If the sweeps are rubber or plastic, there is a good chance that you will be seeing that car again with a buttload of scratches. If you don't do felt then try this. Take out the sweeps and sand them with 100 grit sandpaper. This will roughen up the surface of the sweep and will help to lessen your chances of scratches. It gives the grit a place to hide. :spit

I tint Mercedes everyday, and I've been felting them since early 2000. Ive found out that the CL, SL, and the new E Class do not need felting! Some people dont agree, but I've got 100's of cars out there with no felt and no scratches!

Of course I'm felting every S calss, C class, CLK, and older body E class.
