We trim a very thin line on the window side to overcompensate for any light gaps.

But not when the customer is staring right at you, then you ask :beer

:nope:lol

I trim everything that has a rubber gasket. if you dont the customer will complain about dirt off the nasty rubber and light gaps. the little punks get you either way, you cant win in this job sometimes, especially with a bmw owner :beer

Thats crazy, this guy is nuts, what year is the BMW? Gotta be old, the newer ones have dots around the quarters. This guy made me angry just by reading your post!!!

I did a 1999 528 today and that had the dot matrix,,,so the one you cut has to be at least older than that...tell the owner to stick the pieces of rubber you cut off up his arse and send himk on his way lol
