that was excatly my point fx. ill never train anyone to work for me. ill only hire someone who has about 4 or 5 years experience. because if he didnt start his own thing by then. he probably never will. and I he is good and I treat him right. he is not going anywhere. :thumb

I learned from my Dad who was one of the first tinters in our area, I've been tinting over 20 yrs now, and in a few yrs , hopefully 1 of my 2 boys will want to learn the family trade... 3 generation tinters LOL..if you can't trust family , who can you trust..besides...I have no choice but to hope one of them catches on.......I'm getting kinda sore crawling inside a corvette like a pretzel these days! :thumb
