Flat glass during the winter?

Since I live in MN and temps get....cold I was wondering if it's possible to do flat glass in the winter.

I just can't help but think with the window being that cold that the tint is going to adhere ideally.

Or does it just not matter?

Doesn't matter.  I tinted an entry way this year (Jan 28th) on the coldest day of the year.  It was below zero.  Used Grey matte.  No problems, but some common sense precautions. I'd stay away from exterior applications though. :lol
