ok, baby shampoo mixed with water is used for when I apply the tint correct? and joy dish soap mixed with water is used for cleaning the window right? thanks

I use my slip for both cleaning and installing. Too much time involved in changing solutions. I recently tried Film-On and I really like it alot over Joy. Seems to dry faster and might be just a little tiny bit clearer, still investigating though. Used Joy for 17 years kinda hard to change.

We use baby shampoo and water for everything that cuts down on time and confusion. :confused

I use staight water for clean up, I figure that theres already soap on it from the install :thumb

ever have a customer ask whats in that spray bottle?

I usually reply, battery acid and lime koolaid, always catches them

off guard.

I'm a firm believer in the two bottle system. Joy dishsoap and water for cleaning and Film-On or Baby Shampoo for mounting the film.

I suppose you can use Joy dishsoap for everything but it's too acidic from what studies have shown but who knows for sure? I certainly know that Film-On works much better than Joy for mounting and film on doesn't work worth s**t for cleaning.
