Steamers

I'm just wondering what others are using for streamers. I've been using a Wagner wallpaper steamer and would like some feedback on the Jiffy steamers. Are they worth the extra $ ?

We use a jiffy-I think I paid around $140? Dont know how much more they are than the one you use-but it works pretty good! ss

Since I'm the shop @#$%, I get the joy of all the removals. We have a Jiffy, and it works pretty well.

Not sure what model Jiffy mine is, but it works great. I use it for film removal and on upholstery, when installing leather and helping get wrinckles out of new covertible installs. Worth the extra money if you ask me. I don't like to scimp on tools they always pay for themselves in the long run. Use the right tool for the job, makes thing much easier.

I use a hand garment steamer... it works ok, but doesn't keep it's temp up constantly... I'm looking to get a jiffy now.....

Wagner wallpaper steamer. About 50 bucks at big hardware stores. Not a jiffy, but they work just fine for for me, and they crank out the steam.

OT..I have a wagner wallpaper steamer I bought for just that...wallpaper about 6 months ago..I was going to give it a whirl for my first time on a cavalier tomorrow...is yours the one that has the rectangle attachment with handle about the diameters of a book?
