Masking tape not sticking to felt HELP

I use tape and I love it, call me tapeluvr.  sometimes I get one the tape wont stick to worth a shvit then I use hairspray.

I use duck tape I tape EVERYTHING wheather it has felt or not I'd rather take an extra 5 minutes to tape then have one speck in the corner of a window if you ask anyone who works for me or has worked for me I'm pretty 4|\|4L about stuff like thta

THE ONLY THING that dont get taped at my shop are frameless windows any person who works for me that dont like that can hit the road , the only way of doing things with me is my way NOT their way,I've fired about 5 people in the past because they anted to do things their way
