They seem to have some really good prices and they back it up with a ten year warranty. Not as good as life time but what do you think? I'm looking for 8mil silver.

By the way thanks for the response to my last post.... :coffee

I'll tell you what I think.......Your friggin kiddin' aren't you? You're seriously comparing a 10 year to a life?

Put your brain into gear first then engage speak.

Sorry for the flame but for Pete's sake none of this sh1t in the sun will last anything like that.

From what I have come to understand, the best warranty on a 8 mil silver film is 10 years.

Not lifetime!

Quite honestly I don't see anything lasting more than 10 years, especially a film with a PS adhesive.

Personal suggestion, don't buy on price only, check the quality.

After all, thats what we do with our work, right?

this place is more $$$$ than muh Local global guy . worldwidesuncontrol.com .

175$ for 40" x 110 ' HP SR.

If these guys are making $ at those prices,

How bad are the US companies spanking the American tintshop .

Im all for people making profit, but for a product that is rarely advertised in major media,

I sometimes wonder if the markup is over 1000% :evilgrin

I just talked to Global/express window films.

I asked for a sample of G-lux and they wanted 35 bucks for it!

After telling him any other film company would comp a potential customer they had hawked their wares to he said he would go ahead and send it at no charge.

I declined when he told me it is an all metal film, I had assumed it was a carbon based film.

I also asked if they were going to make a carbon film and he said

probably not but that they were testing to see if they could change the warranty on NR quick dry and hp charcoal to no fade purple warranty without changing the formulas.

:lol:shock
