How to win a bid

Recommended Posts

I have the chance to put in a bid for a flat glass job.. commercial, fairly good size.

This is my first commercial bid since I've been on my own, and I really want to do my best with the proposal even if I don't win.

Any suggestions?? I don't have to present it to a board or anything like that... My contact person at the company will do that, I just have to put together something for him to show the bigwigs.

Thanks!!

I would say break it down as much as possible like materieal, supplies, labour travel this way its not just a number that they have no idea how you come to it this is how we do it here and may not work in your area as well as what there looking for or a few options like what amount of uv it keeps out or glare reduction and what warranty is assosicated with it
