Ever since I started making people sign this waiver of future liability, My 32% film sales now account for 95% of my business. They read about the potential penaly, and I tell them that when the law does go into effect, expect the police to be ticket crazy for a while. They then say ok, make it legal. And if they dont sign it I figure the would have come after me to redo the car for free because the got a ticket, so good riddance.

The Upside of this is that with all of the stripping that I figure is going to be coming, maybe we Ga tinters can get the money its worth to strip. I figure at least as much as the cost or more for stripping only. I'll probably give them a BIT of a break on strip and retint :lol6 I know that there will always be the hack to hizzo it out, but we really dont have to let a customer beat us down for stripping any more :poop

That's great news, but you should be aware that that liability statement will actually work against you in court, the judge will see that as an admission on your part that your were knowingly installing !llegal film. Just a heads up :poop

Its a double edged sword. With it, I am acting under current law, warning people of whats to come. They then can opt for what they want to do. Without it, they can say that all I told them was that ther was no law, and did not inform them of the legislation, and ramifications. without it, I am dead in the water. I spoke with an attorney. You are right, But only If I make them sign one AFTER the law changes, and then install !llegal tint. Right now, any thing I do is legal. :poop
