TODAYS FARK UP

ohhh man yesterday I had 7 cars to tint, my DICK HEAD boss was ram rodding my azz all day. one came back today because of contamination on the backglass. I knew it was there when I sent it out and at the time I didnt care because I was pizzed off. ACTUALLY I was kinda hoping they would complain so I could tell my boss "see thats what you get when you ram rod tintjobs"

The saleman and customer came back today sure nuff complaining about it. I pull the car into the shop and start to peel the tint off the backglass and the DEFROSTERS started to come off with the tint :lol I just busted out laughing because I was hoping something like this would happen so I could tell my AHOLL boss "I TOLD YOU SO" rollin

I went up and told him and his jaw dropped :dunno it was priceless now we have to put a new backglass into a BRAND NEW car :dunno

If he would have just left me alone and let me tint the car at my normal speed everything would have been alright but he had to push me all day and it bit him in his azz today.

Anyways the moral to this story is the MADZA 6 DEFROSTERS came off like a mug. be real careful if you have to strip tint off the backglass of one of those cars. Thats the first backglass that I have been involved with that had to be replaced in YEARS.

I am happy doing 5 cars per day.

My boss is such a AZZHOLE he schedules cars then takes 4 dealer cars and runs them in front of the people that have appointments.

Its getting to the point that I am about to start @#$% up tintjobs on purpouse so he gets the point. there is only SOOO much I can do in a days time. I had 3 cars left over from yesterday and I did 7 tintjobs, 1 of the leftovers was a strip and retint of a whole car :dunno this guy is a tool.

Hate to hear about the 6, as if shrinking that biznitch compound radius was'nt bad enough.

There's always tomorrow, and payday will be sweet at 7 or so a day :dunno

my friends, all brand new mazda's do that, we have a local dealership whom they started taking all they're cars toa different shop, apparently the installations werent done right, so we started to remove and retint, I had to keep calling them on every cafr about the defroster, one by one, all 16 cars :dunno and of course we isntall glass so we sold the brand new glass for every car. :dunno

That kind of thing happens to us every spring when business breaks wide open. I have found myself over booking to try and keep up.

I don't push myself or my crew too hard, cause our thing is to produce a quality job in whatever we do. If they are left over... so be it!

It'll get done, when it's done correctly! I tell them, "I WILL CALL YOU WHEN IT IS READY" Although that never seems to work, cause they are calling, it seems like every 15mins.

To be busy is good... But Frustrating!

I am getting too old to do this speed tinting stuff.

I am gonna MILK every fvcking job from not on and make it last ATLEAST 1.5 hours per car.

I had a new sable yesterday at 3:30 and I tinted it in a hour, I think you can imagine what that looked like :lol that usually takes me 1.5 to 1.75 hours :dunno

my jakov boss has me a old galant for strip and retint at work, its a dudes car that works there I found out today he is charging him 80 dollars to strip and retint the whole car :dunno its a guy taht works here BUT GOD DAMN!@!!!!
