This label (photo) I took off a car today.

In 1984 my dad brought me a nissan C20 1200cc 1979model van.

I arrange to get his guy I knew to tint it I had just finish school- 16 years old.

He said ok 11.am wed. When I got there he had 1 car in carport said he had to go to car-dealer couldn't fit me in :uh

it looks like you've had skillz since day 1, I guess it took an a-hole to show you that you had to learn the trade for yourself. how long did it take you to master the the magic tint hands, and become a tint master or pro. :DD

:) I think so to. :wall Day 1 J/k

The funny is that I brought 3 boxes of Gila 20" x 10' to tint the van.

I read the do-it-yourself instruction and to me it was rather easy.

At least until I started getting ford esorts with deep curve glasses. :)

5-6 back glass tint stripes. :) and take off all the panels.

Althougth, tinting now is better looking. I learned a lot about cars with the old time method. Something, you can't learn today. :wall

Back then I tinted only on weekends, some fridays.

It was just a hobby. So I with 2 buddies would tint about 5-6 cars sat and sunday.

Now I tint 5-6 myself on saturdays alone. :lol2

Master or Pro? :hmmm That a good question.

However, I would say when I started to take it seriouly.

I was also pretty well off $$$ wise my father was OK :lol6

So althougth I was a good tinter, I never rely on tinting to survive.

It was just a hobby.

Yet I would say I could tint any car thrown at me, with full confidence about 14-15 years ago. :)
