glass blocks

had a customer call and ask me to apply frost film to 310 glass blocks,,,8 inch by 8 inch,,,they are not opaque enough for the office they are going to be installed in,,,I said I dont think the film will stick because those blocks have a texture to them,,,I will have to see them in person to give a price and to even see if its doable,,,anyway he asks me is it going to cost$200 or more like $2000.

how can he even think ,A) traveling and parking in Manhattan

B) cleaning 310 blocks

C) cutting film for 310 blocks

D) applying film to 310 blocks

all for 200 bucks? what an ass!!!!!!!
