O.K. I don't really know how to use this site but if anyone gets this please respont to cook0193@suumail.net I just payed 100 bucks to have my windows tinted. It was at an auto customizing place and they did a real @#$% job there are gaps at the front of the windows and bubles. but worst of all in my rear window there is about a 1 1/2 inch black border on the stock window and the tint did not stick well where that border meets the window so now there is a line all the way around my window and the. is this a normal thing or should I go back and say something to the shop? It was done on a cold day, does that make a difference? :cool

the outside border sounds normal, cant really say without pics.

as for the rest....sounds like you got what you paid for.

its sounds like some of it could be normal... bubbles of water or bubbles of air? ask the shop, call them now, go see them.... tell us what happens

Without sounding too harsh-Skilled,experienced tinters who use quality film and deliver top notch tint jobs (as you were expecting) cannot tint a car for the price you paid. Not and stay in business! But since you already paid-Take it back-see what they will fix! Good Luck! ss :cool
