Anyone ever lost it with a customer just looking for fault and end up driving you mad and be honest there must be some

I came close once....

It was a '05 blue conv stang! She swore we cut her roof around the back glass

I told her to go and look at new ones on the lot. They all have the rough threads around the inside of the back glass. She refused, I basically told her to go away (not in those words )
