The dry soap method is comparable to the Magic Sizing method, both of which are totally nicer than using baby powder. I used powder for years, and it sucked dealing with powder when trying to eliminate contamination. Now I use Magic Sizing for back glass, and wet shrinking on curved side glass.

that shrink method you posted the thread to is the b*mb, over here in NZ we are still in the dark ages of tinting.....lol

Remember I do it in 5 pieces in 25 minutes and I'm on the the rest of the shrinking so I get R done in 2 hours with panel removal for $375

THIS TIP IS THE @#$%....... tried it with my new guy and he had it nailed after 3 goes.... lift....pull(hes good at that)....and shrink ....10 mins for a VW that used to take me 1 hr and I would have to do it in 2 pieces ......u guys rock ...
