I've been having a problem where the tint does not seem to want to stick to the sides even when I use a conqueror it does not stay down, do I need to trim the gasket with my olfa or possibly reduce my excess length of film since it is shifting.

On windows that shift, I like to mark the edges on the outside with a dry erase marker with the window all the way up so that I can tell where the film needs to be as I'm installing it, make sure your film isn't too long or you may have troubles. I like to use the black teflon cards cut in half diagonally into triangles to finish up edge work, a conquerer really isn't suited for this situation, but a teflon triangle will get in there nicely.

OK... I cut up one of my teflon cards so I'll see how that works, and heat gun sounds like another good idea, I'll try that as well.
