Yeah, you guys are right. I guess its from the opening and closing of the windows. Any ideas what exactly might be the problem. You think its something that I would have to take off the panel to see if there is something scratching the rear windows like that. I havent opened or closed the windows have to wait three days for that if im not wrong. Is there an easy solution to remove scratches like that with some wax or some product?

Another question how do I maintain this tint to perfection? How do I go by cleaning and taking care of it? I know I cannot use windex or any product that has ammonia. Any tips and suggestions would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks a lot guys for your quick comments.

Either way, how many cars do you tint that have noticable scratches on them, then the customer always blames the tinter?  And I'm talking deep gouges...:ohcrap  It's like cmon dude, don't tell me you never saw those before.  :ohcrap

it always seems to be the frameless widows that do it the worst.

I don't know, seen it on everything. You'd think the car manufacturers could design a gasket that wouldn't scratch glass when the slightest piece of debris gets in it. BMWs and Mercedes are notoruious also. And now that alot(most) auto glass is made in China :shock , the quality of glass is going down fast...VERY fast. :ohcrap

Take it back, ask how much they will charge to take the door panel off and check for obstructions inside that might scratch the Tint when you roll the window down and back up the first time. :dunno
