a dealership refers a customer to me and they were going to pay. ok. work is faxed over and they are giving customer free tint due to a 2" scratch in the door jam of front door where hinges are. 06 suv. so customer comes in leaves keys with reception and makes self at home by seating on prepers stool. he planned on waiting for the vehicle and watching everything we do. :nope . I realized what was happening and asked him he could not sit on that chair because he's in the prepers way and in all of our way. 2 tinters and 1 preper.he got offended and took his keys and left. found out later he took it to another shop that are good friends of mine.

but imagine if he's grumbling of a scratch no one, including car owners, would normally see. he probably would complain about EVERYTHING we touched. :spit what's wrong with these people!

I don't mind it, but I did have a guy that would sit on the other side of the window I was working on with his face about 4" away from the glass as I squeeged.

That was annoying.
