The percentage of people that rag about something is small. A simple pic that the customer DOES NOT KNOW ABOUT will change their tone in a hurry if they were trying to scam you.

I think the picture taking is a good idea, but I do think walking around the vehicle with the customer is better. They see the damage pointed out to them and that's that. :spit
