Guest naughtydog
I used to import from the US a vehicle security product. I can now no longer get hold of the company, they where located in Detroit. I call the number and it says" the line is being checked for trouble"?? No response to e mails - website down. I cannot get the product anywhere else as they made the product - I have customers who want to buy the product - but I ant got it! Is there a way I can check if the company has gone bust.?? In the Uk we can go to companies house and they can tell us if the company has gone bankrupt/closed/chapter 11 or whatever you guys call it. I'm in the @#$% with this one? PM me if you have any ideas as I dont want discuss it openly here. Thanks Naughty

Sisqouc
BK is a public record. Join Pacer to search the Eastern District of Michigan's United States District court. http://www.mied.uscourts.gov/index.html http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/ Pacer does not bill until you hit $10.00 your search will be less than that. You can also write to the their regestered agent of service by looking them up here: http://www.cis.state.mi.us/bcs_corp/sr_corp.asp
Exact-Oh
What are you looking for? I can't believe that this product, or a comparable product isn't available elsewhere. Maybe we can help you find it.
tintslut
with high gas prices, automotive related products are sure to fall to the side (if gas stays much above 3$ a gallon, auto-tint will most likely see a reduction in demand )

Devil with bad attitude
with high gas prices, automotive related products are sure to fall to the side (if gas stays much above 3$ a gallon, auto-tint will most likely see a reduction in demand ) [*]323147 That's definately the case downunder Yoda. People just haven't got the disposable income they once had to spend it on non essentials like film for cars. Retail auto tinting has virtually dried up and yet we are coming into summer. Thank our lucky stars it's not winter about to happen....at least we are on the right side of the demand season. Devil

GM sales off 24% last month Ford sales off 19% last month... Sales of Explorers down 50% last month Sales of Toyoda's and Honda's went up. Go figure... it took a high paid analyst to get that info to us...
Sisqouc
I'll believe there is an economic down turn when americans start weighing less than three hundred pounds on average. That will signal that the ends is near, very near.
