Problem with a film company

hey guys, just wondering if anyone here uses Johnson and if so, I was wondering if it is only me, or is their customer service for everyone going down the toilet !!??

Nearly every order I have givin those fools lately has been #@%*ed up !!

Your not alone, but I dont use the same company, but get the same problems time after time.

they have screwed up a few for me in the past

but they have got a whole lot of orders right since then

hard to call an idiot in the warehouse a customer service problem

all the film co.s screw up now and then

all 5 of mine anyway

Its not just the warehouse department, accounts have a lot to answer to, I tend to use the same suppliers rather than a mixture, but maybe its time to change that way of thinking.

I can imagine why Shampoo films have so many problems now, and I told my version earlier....But as I see people think it's not so. O.K. up to You. Small teams like Shampoo Films, SUN WARRIOR and SUN'day TIME sooner or later will have such kind of problem. ...IMHO, only, IMHO
