I have one too. I posted a pic just last week. Mine was hand fabricated by a neighbor of the shop that did workworking as a hobby. He gave that thing to us about 15 years ago.

I do have this sign hangin in my shop. bought at a novelty store in ca.

Its funny when customers read it, they get a kick out of it, and I never hear a complaint from them.

I would simply say, "The complaint department is around the side of the building... take the stairs to the third floor".

And my shop was in a one story building.
