I got called rude because I wouldn't lower my price from $175 that the customer made the appt. for to $110 that he said he saw a company advertising for on CL. I think everyone's skin has grown so soft over the years that they are offended by anything that doesn't go their way.

What I find interesting is when dealing with a Customer, another Customer walks up wanting to as "a quick question" and I tell the second cust I will be with them when I am finished with my current customer, and they get all pissy cause I will not help them NOW! The ones with a "quick question" without fail are good for 10-15 min of time.
