well any way looking for work right

im not the best tinter, let see now maybe a 2 years now,

went to the school, read a load of tint dude, ok so we have that coverd

here is his ad posted on the craigslist in las vegas

XXXXXXXXXX is looking for a reliable employee to fill the position of window laminate/film installer. If you are 18 years of age or older, and meet the following requirements:

1. Pass a urinalysis (Dr*g screening).

2. Have your own reliable transportation to the workplace.

3. No Felony(s) on your record.

4. Provide legitimate past employment contact information, and an updated resume for verification.

A brief description of the position to be filled includes, but not limited to, the following information:

1. Install laminate and or tint on windows.

2. Ensure the quality of the installation.

3. Properly use and care for tools provided for installation.

4. Ensure that all necessary material, tools and equipment arrive at the job site.

5. Maintain a professional image in the customer's home or workplace.

6. Instruct the Director of Operations in the proper care of the installed laminate upon completion of the job.

7. Obtain the customer's signature of approval on the work order, warranty, etc...

8. Collect necessary payment(s) upon completion of installation.

9. Properly and securely store laminate and tools overnight.

10. Fill out all paperwork relating to installations.

11. Look after the company installation vehicle.

so I send him a email saying how low I think his pay is,

hell it is low! even when I was learning I made more money than this!

Thanks for the email. I do know that all of you tinters are worthless at life. What a great place to live where you can be such a piece of crap human being and still make so much money. Unfortunately for guys like yourself, who are tinters and make all that money ALWAYS spend EVERY PENNY on Dr*gs and alcohol. That is great for you, I am glad that you make so much money doing what you do, it is obvious that you don't enjoy your life if you are looking on craigslist at jobs. Have a great life.

Its really not that shocking-this guy just took his frustrations out on you!Being a business owner and dealing with the issues SOME employees bring can be TOUGH-especially when you have a good heart and try to help people.You probly pissed him off with your email about low pay! Agreed thats not the top salary for tinters-but theirs no telling what this guys frame of mind is -but he probably fiqures that he can find someone to fill the position that isnt starting the relationship telling him his pay scale sucks! :krazy :lol
