Guest VOLTRON
Just out of curiousity, before I have to go to the store where I bought the thing, does any one know anything about digital cameras. I have an HP Photosmart M22 camera and the other day I was taking some pictures of this building we finished and it was on and I was about to take a picture when my finger hit the battery door and it opened and the camera turned off and I cant get it to turn on again. What the hell is going on? I put new batteries in it and checked that and nothing. Pulled out the extra memory and tried to turn it on and nothing. Anyone got any suggestions? blade
weird first thing I do in a situation like that is look for a reset button, but I don't think digital cameras have them. have you called HP?
solareclipseauto
yeah I would think a reset button also, go to their website and look through their website for troubleshooting or call at talk to a hp tech

Guest VOLTRON
yes the batteries are in the right direction. Also there is no "on" button, there is a door that slides from infront of the lens and it comes on when you open it. And there isnt a reset button either.
