Fingers appeared in my tint job...

someone help me pleaseee...this was the first time tinting my card..and I dont think I did a bad job....because when I finished it looked goood that evening....no bubbles or fingers.....but the next day fingers started apearing at the top and bottom of glasss...I tried sqweedgee'ing them down...but they kept on coming back. and now they wont go away because it been a couple of weeks and the glue may have dried up.....any tips or ideas on what I could do?

If you have already tried to lay them down and they wont - then itlooks like you need to re do them

Try spraying soap an water on the fingers and wave ya heat gun over them on low heat?? give it a try, sounds like Willies idea will work better

If you tinted it, then you have to redo.

If you paid someone, then take it back.

you can also try a mix of rubbing alchoal and water sprayed under the tint then use a squeegee to push the finger down but when you get to the bottom hold the squeegee for about 30 seconds and run a heat gun on the top of the finger.

ok thanks guys 4 all the replys! urrmmm im going to try the last one seeing as I do not want to do the tint again as I dont have time right now. I may well do them properly again sometime......

so tigerstripw.....if I get a bit of vodka and water will that do? thnx

and also is there any sort of glue I can use....which wont show up on the glass??

melt that shiat! hold a hard card with a papertowel on it on top of the finger while applying heat on the outside... let it be for 10 mins and then repeat if finger pops up again...

by the way... did you shrink the windows in the first place? because you shouldnt have fingers on the top and bottom
