Guest Beeline Posted January 19, 2006 Report Share Posted January 19, 2006 Well I have been doing this for about 15 yrs now. Everyone talks about these purple hearts. I got one for you. I had surgery on my thumb last thursday. The reason for the surgery was arthritis. I'll try to post pictures. 7 huge stitches the whole length of my thumb. The doctor had to remove hardened fluid off of my bone. The cause is from tinting windows for so long. Bad luck for me. I know people in here have been doing this longer than I have. What a @#$%. Guest Stratusrtrida Posted January 19, 2006 Report Share Posted January 19, 2006 try taking the thumb part of a laytex glove and cut it off and put it on your thumb like a condom over your bandage...haha, I know it kinda sounds funny but when I worked in food service I would do that all the time when I cut myself.
