the blade is now moving up and down just slightly while cutting, as if it cuts, then picks up and the blade sticks to the vinyl a bit and when it pulls up it pulls the blade out just a fraction and then goes to another cut and cuts thru the vinyl. BUT, the graphics I am cutting out and have been messing with to get the settings correct seems to cut the pattern twice so maybe its just a bad file? ill try another graphic.!.

ooooo, you know, one of those "swap meets disks" thats been copied and passed around. some of the files are really whack so thats why I assumed it was jsut the files being crap. but I still havent figured out the damn problem with the cutter not completing alot of the cuts, like when it picks up to move to a different cut, it just misses the whole cut.?!

Sometimes it will lift the blade to cut another section, but by the end it should go back to finish up the rest of the file.

its not that it doesnt finish the cut, its just that it doesnt completely connect the line, like a fraction of an inch, like maybe a millimeter, so when I pull the access vinyl off before masking it, I have o hold certain parts down and give the access a small yank or else itll take that particular cut out with the access......make sense?
