look great...quick question though? How did you run that through the plotter without getting the edge all messed up? I know my plotter makes an edging mark on the end of what im cutting from the wheel, unless you cut it from the middle of the vinyl and then cut the bottom edge of the that visor?....Im using a Roland GX-24...thanks, Nick

it's a 6 inch visor. I loaded a 15" piece of silver 20 backed with premask on the liner side. cut the designs centered. the actual 5% visor behind the design I did myself.

cut the red hibiscus....applied it

cut the silver 20 hibiscus background, applied it

cut the lettering...applied it and weeded it after application (actually DC92 did the weeding part)

let it sit and tack up some while I did the back glass

cut a visor strip and applied it over the design.
