3M Frosted Crystal

I have been asked questions about this material, and this is one very good use for it. Offices, banks and dental buildings have alot of glass walls that they cover up. Frosted tint works well if it is a large area, but I find that this works great if you want to make graphics to add some life to a regular blockout.

In these photo's the client ( mortgage broker ) did not want people to be watched while inside the meeting rooms. I presented them with the idea of doing only part of the glass in blockout, and leaving the top part for light and an open feeling to flow through the office. I did a mountain scene with their logo above. To make the mountains not look like a bad cut, I made them 3D buy layering a shadow film ( or translucent grey ) to give it depth. All interior windows were done this way and they really liked it. They have had alot of good comments on them.

Lights out.
