Recommended Posts

I had a free auto quote section on my website a couple of years back, responded to well over 1,400 email requests, and sold a total of 80. Not worth my time at all. :woowoo

I think it is a valuable tool if you can get them into the store

and away from the computer

same for long winded phone calls

I do all I can to get them to come by

...then I usually can close the deal much easier

If I can get them to the shop I have a customer :DD '

I agree that this form of negotiation is a bloody waste of time.

A website feedback form doesn't quantify them for a sale.

It's just a glorified way of internet tyre kicking. :lol2

I do online qoutes and get plenty of business from them, they pay a deposit online as well, sortd out the time wasters.

Different strokes for different folks. E-mail works great for me too. I would say I end up tinting more than half of my E-mail quote customers. Some peeps are just really shy, and typing is a more comfortable way of asking their questions. :lol2
