Help with pics?

So I'm startingto takesome pics..but they are saved as 150K , 195K ,etc. how do I get them under 100 K so they can be part of a post?

P.S. If I understood tinting like computers, I'd be out of business yrs ago :lol

On your digital camera, you need to set the image quality setting to low or standard, sometimes you can getaway with fine. Make sure the image size is 640x480 and you should have images that are under 100K. Hope this info helps you out.

Tintdude,

Depending on the type of photo program that you use to view the pictures in, you should have an option to resize them. The size should be no more than about 500-600 pixels in width, and it should automatically adjust the height. Also your resolution should be set at 75 DPI, that is standard for a web image. When you save it though, you should save it as a .jpg file and if it has the option, use medium compression.

*correction...

meant tintwizard... also the resolution setting should be under the resize option. The resize option is usually under the image menu at the top of the program.
