Help: mixture of brake dust and rust on wheel/car

Somehow I have no brake pad on one side of my brake. The noise was minor, but in one week my wheel is coated with a thick crust of rust and brake dust and I can feel it speckled all along the side quarter panel. On the rear bumper it's visible.

What's the best way to remove this?

check places that sell supplies to paint shops... I use some auto body cleaner like what that use to remove overspray off trim works good

check with your local detail supply store, they should have a wheel cleaner that will break threw the brake dust and not damage the wheel. on the car I would wash the car down and then clay anything else that doesnt come off
