Customer "slump"

I'm eating my words from the past when I say this..but I'm actually enjoying dealer work now ..between the Toyota and Mazda dealership that are side by side..they are good for 250 cars a yr (nice add on for this solo tinter)and can tint them at anytime without little time pressure and pay a decent rate ...best part6..no customer interaction

Nothing wrong with that....how about flat work? You get your fair share of goofballs, but nowhere near as many as auto. Not even close. They don't call at the last minute and want it done today, don't talk about their "baby", they just want to cut the damn heat out.

Everytime a customer ask you a stupid question act like you are coughing and say the phrase BLOW ME under your breath this should help you feel better

BTW what I do when the phone wont stop ringing is

1: let voice mail take the message so I can cull out stoopid hooptie quotes

2:forward calls to my old lady if she aint in the shop to answer the phone.

3:ignore the phone altogether

4:after 5pm ignore the phone, tint cars and consume liquor whilst I work
