How do you guys go about pricing jobs? Do you charge by the foot or sq feet. What do you come up with your prices?

sometimes it's strictly per sq. ft.

sometimes it's per/sq. ft seperated out in the bid depending on the windows (one section of the house/business one price/sq. ft., and another area of the house/business a different price/sq. ft. )

sometimes it's per sq. ft and per window.

sometimes none of those FEEL right so I just bump the price up to what does feel right

I dont think there is anywhere where you can go and learn how to price jobs.

one day you need to charge 12per or another you charge .50 per it just all depends on what we got on the table.

they will have a grip

The key is to recognise the lifestyle you want first out of tinting, calculate the all up cost of the film to the glass and then how much you want from there on after as profit.
