Question about removing tint guide.

I was reading the removal tint guide. I have a prelude (92) and the tint is bubbling and looking all like crud! I was reading the guide about spraying the amonia then covering with a plastic bag. I guess the question is, how do I cover it with the bag if the tint is inside the bag would be upside down and trying to fall off or am I misunderstanding? This is the part im confused about,

Next, lay a tarp over rear deck and seat, spray ammonia liberally on the inside of the back window. (Ammonia is very strong, I suggest you hold your breath during this step) and cover ammonia soaked tint with the plastic bag so that it won't evaporate.

If you want to die!!!!! if I were you I would get a WHITE scotch brite pad and some glass cleaner with ammonia in it. why risk your health for tint,

step 1 rip the old crap off

step 2 scrub the sh!t out of the back glass with alot of window cleaner

step 3 keep scrubbing :dunno

step 4 say screw it and take it to a pro :lol

if you realy want to do it yourself just keep scrubbing and it will come off

+ you save your defrost if it worked before :lol

Well.. I soaked it with windex today over and over in the heat direct sunlight (about 85-90 degrees) Then used my thumbnail to try and get it started and all I got was a little bit to come off. I dont plan on putting any back on just want to old crud off there. If you can tell me how to get it started then I can try to pull it off, If not ill go pro. Does anyone on this board live near Medford, Oregon? We are a pretty small town and I dont think there is even one tint shop in town. =(
