Outlined Letters

Hello everyone. I am new here and I just started doing vinyl stickers. I am from PA. I was just wondering if there is a trick to doing letters and numbers that are outlined with another color. DO you just make one letter smaller than the other or is there some kind of trick to it?

well it depends on the program your working in but usually there is a tool that you can ust to outline letters and other objects. for example flexi sign pro has two options you can either outline letters by using the fill stoke editor or you can use the outline tool which will give you options of outlining or inlining. there is many different things and ways you can do it

you can't just make the letters or numbers smaller. it won't work, the outline will be off in spots. you need either an outline or contour tool.
