I use a 3 gallon sprayer to do residential/commercial window film. Ive recently been having problems with the solution. Can anybody suggest a better solution to mix up, or maybe a solution that has been working for you. Thanks.

You are probably going to experiment a little to find out what works best for you.Is it hot where you are? how big is the glass, are you a novice, and what isit speciffically are you having a problem with, slip adhesion ect.

yes like climber said it depends on the type of film you are using aswell as the type of adhesive on the film. If I am hanging Huper or MAC which has a PS adhesive I will use more slip because of the agressive adhesive. On water activated or dry adhesive I will use less. I have a 5 gallon tank and I just squirt until it feels like I have enough. No mathmatical process for me.

In the south there are 2 measuring systems

1-dollop measurement

2-sh!tload system

for liquid measurement you have to use the dollop

10 dollops per gallon should be sufficient as a base to make adjustments from

good luck

a pick-up truckload is equivalent to a sh!tload (f.y.I)
