I'm not really sure what your asking, but sometimes it may look crooked but in reality it is straight. It will usually end up cutting out fine

Here is the way I do it.

You have your scanned image, in hi resolution so you can zoom in tight and it won't pixelize.

Use the bezier tool, it is above the ones you have pulled out, next to the freehand tool.

It looks like a fountain pen.

Carefully trace one S with this tool.

It will take time to get good at it, but after a while you should get the hang of it.

Then copy and paste the 2nd S.

Happy tracing!!! :trustme

The Bezier is a good idea, however, when you're done tracing it with the bezier it could've been hand cut about 5 times over....... :trustme

The problem is -you need better art to start with-Just trim it by hand!!!Relax- you cant become a graphic artist in 4 hours! :trustme

yeah it takes 5 hrs.

just wondering kemble, why dont you just do it by hand? or is it just for practice?

6 minutes.

I took your jpeg pic.

Photoshop - filled the white with blue.

Deleted everything.

Opened as jpeg in my drawing program.

Draw tool and traced the outer edge of the blue.

Tweeked it and it is ready to cut.

Since I don't have the emblem, I don't know if it is perfect, but it would be close.

Now to lay it in and get it perfect will be a pain in the azz. I would paint it like 1PEEC said.

By the way you owe me for 6 minutes of computer design time. :trustme
