To each his /her own, I do a lot of these cars..the customer likes it when I vinyl the lines, no fuss , no muss, no interference with antenna and therefore easier to load in the rest in 1 peice ..just A way, not THE way

I've never had to vinyl over the black lines before, I usually just have them come back in a few days and press the lines then.

The dude I tint with keeps vinyl strips, cut from the plotter, just for that. another uses black electric tape. Solargard does seem to be thick compared to others, but with a little time and patents, you can get it to stick to those lines.
