Ok I'll bite :dunno

1. 72" max from most manufactures

2. depends on the type of glass, shading, ac vent location, structural pocket and on and on

3. maybe depends on what the customer wants and expects from the film

4. I like kingsford mesquite myself

reflective film would be the safest unless it is dual pane factory tinted glass. It will also block the most heat. rolls come in 6,5,4,3 foot rolls. Check the type of windows and go from there. Dont use automotive film, buy some architectural film, it is better for this type of application and it will also be easier to hang because most architectural films are a dry or water activated adhesive and will be easier to peel the liner and wont stick as fast. The adhesive on architectural films is usually not as aggresive as auto.

20% to 30% should be enough to cut out some glare and heat, You can try a reflective film if the customer is ok with the mirror look. Duel reflective would be a smart choice as well, just not auto stuff.

As for the price, its the same as auto. you charge what you can make a profit from. Talk to your distributor for that kind of information....

good luck :dunno
