Guest Johannes
Fantastic idea. I made one, but with a modification to it. Instead of the ends being those plastic ones, I cut out with a bandsaw 4x ¾" circles to fit inside the cores. Then I drilled center holes through them and put a brass rod of an 1/8" x approx 17½"through all. This will accommodate 12" application tape. The reason for the rods, shafts, axels, whatever you want to call them, is to make the roll of appl. tape roll as you pull it out over the weeded vinyl. All is just a thought, It works much easier for me. Johannes.
