metalux problem

hi all

I tinted several roof panels a few weeks back

customer calls me out...

on instalation I tucked film under rubbers to give a slick finish to the edges, vaying from 3 mm - 10mm under rubber

no probs on install, looked sweet

Now the majority of the edges have released from the rubbers, and have shrivled up!

I have never had to remove metalux from polycarb roofing - and I dont think it can be done can it???????

I can trim a straight line and redo a 1 inch section (easier said than done)

Have already smotthed over a refund option with the guy

Does anyone know if this is common and can the metaux be removed???
