Kemble Posted September 14, 2006 Report Share Posted September 14, 2006 I have refused to do eyebrows in tint because of being too scared of cracking the windshield (because I'm still a noob). But as far as the heat involved in causing the windshield to crack. At what point will it crack? Not asking at what temperature but ... I mean to the point to where the heat is too much for your hand or less? Would I be safe if I kept my hand close to the tint where the heat is applied and once my hand gets too hot remove the gun in that spot? or is that still too much heat? I know I can still shrink tint with my hand in the way (well, close to it) but obviously it takes alot longer. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
