Space saving ideas for a new shop

I am moving to a new shop soon and was looking for some space saving ideas. I have seen some ideas on here I really like. My new shop is smaller, 500 sq ft, and space is limited, I like the idea of having the film wall mounted and some sort of cutting device similar, but a lot cheaper, to the filmhandler set up, ie adjustable and able to slide from left to right for different film widths.

Seen a photo of someones shop, film wall mounted, measure tape down the side and what I would describe as a wooden rule 2 to 3 inches below the roll of film, horizontal, with measurements and a cutting blade attached but cant find it.

Any tips, photos, info appreciated.

I like that. much less then several hundred and it still "handle"s the film. like broom handle?
