Slashes on interior by rear window from tinting

If you look carefully at the film ..you can see where it appears from the picture coming away from the glass ..my guess is that the tinter tried to heat it down from the inside and got a little carried away with the heat gun inside the car.

But what do I know ..I wasn't there :beer

Now you've got all these opinions, but it means nothing...still your word against theirs. That's my point. If somebody on here gave an opinion about something I know I didn't do, I would be pretty peeved. You've got one side of the story here, the shop has no way of giving theirs, this type thing is ridiculous and unfair. :beer

Good point

I say it's not the tint shops fault...there...now go tell them that in the morning.

Yeah this car is 2 years old and it's falling apart already, not only that but it's olny in one spot on each side, and any one who does clean the inside of there rear window would see that. So I see you are like the same type of person I'm dealing with now!!!!!

Sorry lady...you're wrong about that. :beer You just refuse to listen to the logic of my posts.

Does not look like scratches to me, looks like the adhesive on the fabric is starting to fail.

I have seen this happen on very few vehicles

Like I was telling oldtinter, which is very much your typical a hole, the car is only 2 years old what would all of the sudden cause the adhesive to fail. I know people are just saying but honestly it's very hard to believe this wasn't caused by the tinter, in what way it happend I don't know and I probably never will.

This must be because I try not to pass judgement without both sides of the story. If the tinter screwed up and he's not owning up, yeah, he's a dickhead...if the lady went to the cheapest place in town, yeah, she got what she deserved, but what if he didn't do it? It's just possible some things aren't a tinters fault. :beer
