Custom boxes are not something to just jump into, but you can buy some programs to help caculate airspace.

Pretty easy once you do a little hpmework, every box is different.

there are alot of things to consider when making a custom box.

braces, and port size, port lenght, fiberglass? particleboard? quality of each? blah blah blah.

it is not just a six sided box with holes.

Over the years I tried messing around and making fiberglass boxes. All I can say is it isnt as easy as it looks. I used to own a cutom 97 Mitsu Eclipse and tried several times to do some custom fiberglasing for it and it always ended up a failure..lol Fiberglass sucks to work with and sanding UGH!!!!! Anyways good luck!

my best box volume calculations were done with simple geometry equations from HS

L x W x H = volume (internal & external)

L x W x H = volume / 2 = right angle wedge volume

.. and so on
